Survey and sketch design
Reading the place, the brief and the constraints. Construction assumptions are checked before anything is presented.
Working drawings
Details, setting-out drawings, schedules. Contractors receive a package with no grey areas.
Contractor tendering
Each trade package goes to a partner contractor, invited to tender and coordinated by Forma.
Works and handover
Directing the works, monitoring, handover. You keep a single point of contact.
