The contact form collects your name and email address and, if you give them, the type of project, its location and your message. The site asks for no other personal data.

This data is used only to answer your request. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Requests are addressed to Ateliers Forma. They are sent by email through Resend, the provider that delivers the messages on the publisher’s behalf.

This site is hosted by Vercel Inc. Like any host, Vercel records server logs (IP address, date, page requested) needed to run and secure the service.

Vercel Inc. (hosting and processing of the form) and Resend (email delivery) are established in the United States. Safeguards governing these transfers: [to be completed].

The site uses Vercel Web Analytics, a cookieless audience measurement that only produces aggregated statistics.

The site sets no cookies. It keeps two preferences in your browser; they never leave your device:

• forma-intro (session storage): shortens the home page introduction if you come back to it during the same session;
• forma-vue (local storage): remembers the view you chose for the project list (index or plates).

No consent banner is therefore needed.

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to data portability. To exercise them, write to franck@ateliers-forma.fr.

You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
